1. Scope and definitions
Anyone who accesses the Site or receives services through it (“User”) is bound by these Terms of use and Privacy policy (“Policy”). Guest Network is a guest-orchestration layer connecting partners, selected venues and guests. Main digital journeys include marketing and information pages, partner application and onboarding, contact channels, and public venue pages with reservation/checkout steps.
Rezervem Partner API provides reservation, availability and notification infrastructure for POS-type and Guest Network-type partners (technical integration is summarised in the rezervem-partner-api repository Docs folder). This Policy explains personal data processing especially for Guest Network-type partners and guests booking through the Site; API credentials (e.g. client secrets) must be used server-side only and are not collected via the Site.
2. Data controller and roles of venues and partners
For data collected and processed through this Site, Rezervem is the primary data controller. Guest information needed to perform a reservation (identity/contact, party size, additional fields required by the venue’s rules, etc.) is transmitted for the venue’s operational processes; venue operators may be separate controllers for their own activities. Rezervem is not directly liable for the on-site guest experience or the security of third-party partner applications; it provides intermediary technical and orchestration services.
Users declare that commercial and/or personal information (“Information”) they share is accurate and up to date. Where information relates to another person, Users warrant lawful basis and notices. Rezervem does not process special categories of personal data outside purpose; fields such as statistical gender mix requested under venue policy are processed only within that venue’s rules and the applicable legal basis (including explicit consent where required).
3. Terms of service — performance, cancellation and liability
Rezervem may change the Policy and Site features without prior notice. Reservations are subject to venue acceptance, cancellation/deposit rules and applicable law; modes such as instant confirmation or on-request confirmation depend on venue configuration via Partner API. The service is not warranted uninterrupted or error-free; indirect damages are excluded and liability may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
4. Linked websites
Intellectual property in Site content may belong to Rezervem or licensors; copying without permission is prohibited. The Site may link to third parties; Rezervem is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Governing law and contact
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Istanbul-based dispute resolution forums are agreed (statutory exceptions for consumers or commercial disputes reserved).
