Guest Network partner application — privacy notice

Under Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Rezervem”) as data controller within the scope described below.

Data collected for a Guest Network partner application is processed to evaluate the application, verify identity and contact (including OTP), conduct suitability checks, run contracting and integration processes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, in a limited and proportionate manner. Applications are not auto-approved; human or process-based review may be required.

Data is collected through electronic forms and verification steps on the Guest Network Site. Legal bases include PDPL Article 5(2) where directly related to conclusion or performance of a contract, legitimate interests of the controller (security and fraud prevention), explicit consent (commercial messages and fields requiring express approval), and legal obligations.

• Identity/contact: name, surname, email, phone
• Corporate or venue information: company/hotel name, city, tax details (corporate category), estimated volume selections
• Influencer category: social handles or channel links, follower range, content category, sample content URLs
• Technical: application reference number, OTP attempt and verification timestamps (limited duration for abuse prevention)

Application review is kept within Rezervem internal processes. Transfers compliant with the PDPL may occur where required by law, audit or group security, or to limited technical providers (e.g. email delivery infrastructure). If international transfer applies, you will be informed separately and appropriate tools (e.g. adequacy, safeguards, contracts) will be used.
