Data erasure and record closure on Guest Network

Last updated: March 2026

This page explains erasure, anonymisation and marketing opt-out in the Guest Network web product. The URL path may remain “account deletion” for backwards compatibility; it does not describe the consumer mobile app’s in-app deletion flow.

1. Scope

Guest Network covers personal data processed through this site and related digital properties: partner applications, contact forms, public reservation/checkout and marketing preferences. “Account” here means application records, contact history or reservation-related data sets; Guest Network does not offer a one-click consumer mobile-app account deletion flow in this web interface.

2. Rezervem mobile app (separate product)

Deleting a consumer account in the Rezervem-branded mobile app is handled in-app and via help/legal pages on www.rezervem.com.tr; it is outside the scope of this Guest Network page.

3. How to submit a request

You may submit requests relating to Guest Network for erasure, anonymisation, restriction or objection under the PDPL using the channels below. Identity verification and the subject of the request should follow the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

  • Personal data protection application form (download from the “Data protection application form” page in this legal hub).
  • Email: guestnetwork@rezervem.com.tr (Guest Network–specific requests).
  • General/legal correspondence: info@rezervem.com.tr.

4. Data categories we assess

  • Identity, contact, corporate and category data, and OTP verification records from the partner application wizard.
  • Messages sent via the contact form or similar channels.
  • Withdrawal of commercial electronic message consent (opt-out / IYS rights are also summarised in the “Commercial electronic message consent” page).
  • Guest data from reservation/checkout: venues may be separate controllers for their own records; retention on Rezervem’s side follows contract and law.

5. Process and retention

Requests are concluded within statutory periods. Tax, commercial books, disputes or reservation-related law may require retention for defined periods; in such cases anonymisation or restriction may be applied instead of full erasure.

These documents apply to the Guest Network product and services on this site.
