a) Data controller
Under Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Rezervem”) as data controller within the scope described below.
b) Purposes of processing
Data you send through the Guest Network Site contact form is processed to respond to your request, run customer relations and complaint/feedback processes, measure service quality and protect our legal rights, in a limited and proportionate manner.
c) Collection methods and legal basis
Data is collected automatically in electronic form. The main legal basis is PDPL Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests — secure communication and request handling), and where applicable Article 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation).
d) Data categories
- Identity: name, surname
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Other: any personal data you include in the message body
e) Transfers
Your data may be forwarded in a limited way to the relevant venue or business partner only if necessary to resolve the request and a PDPL-compliant legal basis exists (e.g. legitimate interest, explicit consent, contract performance or legal obligation). Otherwise no transfer is made; international transfers are assessed separately and you are informed where required.
h) Rights under Article 11
You may exercise your PDPL rights by written application to Rezervem’s address at Merkez Mah. Hasat Sk. No: 52/1 Şişli, Istanbul, or by email to info@rezervem.com.tr in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
